Zed Digital Mart offers a variety of digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, templates, courses, and other downloadable assets. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or internal business purposes, depending on the license type specified at the time of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital products without explicit written permission from Zed Digital Mart.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through Flutterwave, a secure online payment gateway. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and fees). If payment fails, your order will be canceled.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download your digital product(s). This link will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your email address is accurate and that you check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the download link within a reasonable timeframe (typically within a few minutes). If you encounter any issues with downloading your product, please contact our customer support team.
5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been downloaded. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a defective product or other valid reason, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation of your issue. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and make a determination at our sole discretion.
