  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, please contact us within 7 days of the second purchase. We will refund the duplicate purchase, provided that you have not downloaded both copies of the product.

3. Refund Process

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the purchase or no longer need the digital product.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the product without reading the description or understanding its features.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that are not related to the product itself (e.g., issues with your internet connection, software compatibility, or device).

5. Course Refunds

For digital courses, we offer a conditional refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course material. To request a refund for a course, please contact our customer support team with a detailed explanation of why you are not satisfied with the course.
